Op Courage Midlands

Op Courage Midlands is a partnership of seven organisations across the Midlands (East and West) to provide NHS Op Courage Veteran mental health and wellbeing services to veterans, service leavers and reservists.

What does this provider do?

The Midlands Op Courage partnership works collaboratively to deliver mental health and wellbeing support to service personnel, reservists, armed forces veterans, and their families. It brings together previously separate contracts for Veterans' Mental Health Transition, Intervention and Liaison Service (TILS), Veterans' Mental Health Complex Treatment Service (CTS) and Veterans' Mental Health High Intensity Service (HIS) which were previously three separately commissioned services across East and West Midlands.

The partnership now works as an integrated model of care across the seven organisations to deliver different parts of the pathway across the midlands.

Which partner organisations make up the collaborative?

Led by Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust, the partnership involves:

  • Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership NHS Trust
  • Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust
  • Walking with the Wounded
  • Mental Health Matters
  • The Ripple Pond
  • St Andrew’s Healthcare
  • Tom Harrison House.
