Welcome to the April 2025 edition of EMA Today, the quarterly e-newsletter from the East Midlands Alliance for Mental Health, Learning Disabilities and Autism for Alliance colleagues, stakeholders and the wider healthcare community.

This issue includes the latest news and developments from across the region this spring, including a report from a recent Mental Health Local Programme learning event and an update on how our CAMHS collaborative is working to expand day services for children and young people.

There's also news of a two-year milestone for the veterans' mental health support partnership Midlands Op COURAGE, how the IMPACT provider collaborative is improving access assessments, and a spotlight on the work of the East Midlands Gambling Harms Service - in the words of a service user.

And who has taken on our 60 Second Showcase this time? You can watch Amy Beeton, Chief People Officer for Lincolnshire Foundation NHS Trust, take on our quick round of questions.
